This webinar is intended to share theories and lessons learned to support campus and system leaders in their scaling efforts. Jason Lane, Executive Director of the Strategic, Academic and Innovative Leadership (SAIL) Institute for the State University of New York and a member of the TS3 steering committee, will discuss the theory of change regarding large scale change efforts.  Robert Todd, Director of Policy and Partnership Development at the University System of Georgia, will present on the role of data in scaling efforts.  USG was awarded the TS³ HIPs grant in December, so he will also share a little bit about USG’s TS³ HIPs project.  Please join these compelling speakers for this important and truly relevant topic to our work at NASH.
