Transfer students now make up nearly 40 percent of all students in higher education. Much of the associate student mobility involves campuses within multi-campus systems, which serve nearly 75% of all students in public four-year institutions.  In recent years, a number of systems have begun to facilitate more formally the transfer, seeking to make such processes “seamless” for students.  In this webinar, panelists will provide an overview of a recent survey of system leaders about the status of transfer efforts and then present case studies from SUNY, University of Texas System, and the University of Wisconsin System.  This interactive discussion is intended to share successes, examine challenges, and explore the various externalities (e.g., completion agenda, legislative mandates, etc.) that now are driving the transfer discussion.
